Microsoft Outlook Express 5: Email and Newsgroups Settings
Move your mouse pointer over the image and when it turns into
a hand click left mouse button to go to the next screen
Please note that you will need to open Outlook Express and enter the settings there.
To open Outlook, double click on the icon on your desktop
